Perhaps our biggest impact during our lifetime is that which we make upon the next generation, cultivating the next handlers of our earth, if you will. We aspire to raise a young human in tune to the rhythms of the earth and aware of his connection to his surrounding community. We figure our little one learns mostly by watching us, observing how we interact with other living things such as people, insects, plants, and the ocean. He notices how we react to new foods, to people we don't yet know, and to challenges. Like all parents, we're doing our best to be good guides in this life! We humbly strive to emulate gratitude, respect, and compassion for all.
